A1. VIP privilege application requires your own personal "VIP ID."
       Please see the following instruction for more details.
       *Those above Manager can be registered as VIP.

       <How to apply for a VIP privilege>
         ┗If you don’t have a VIP ID yet
          1. Register as a VIP
              >>Click here to go to the registration form
          2. Conference Management will email you a VIP Invitation Ticket and a VIP ID.

         ┗If you already have a VIP ID
          1. Go to the Conference Website >>>check
          2. Select the sessions you’d like to attend and enter your personal information
          3. Enter your VIP ID at the section of the registration form that says
           [VIP privilege conference free ticket] [Other related party benefits]

A2. You can pre-register on the Conference Website, and the prices are indicated at the bottom of each session.

       **Pre-registration is NOT required for "Exhibitor Seminar" and "Painting Seminar." Please come directly to the Conference Venue for each session.

A3. It will take place at Makuhari Messe. Please check the room number for each session beforehand, as they spread out across different halls.

       *It will be released the end of November.

A4. All the sessions available in English are listed in the following link.

A5. The reception counter, which is located in front of each conference room, opens 30 minutes prior to the starting time of each session.
       Please understand that it may start early or delay depending on the situation.
    *You need to enter the exhibition halls before attending the conference.
       Please make sure to give yourselves extra time, as the entrance might be crowded.


A6. "Notice of Completion of Seminar Application" will be sent to your registered email address after completing your online pre-registration.
       Please issue the Conference Ticket by clicking on the link listed on "Notice of Completion of Seminar Application."
       If your pre-registration includes paid sessions, the Conference Ticket will be enabled downloads after we receive your payments.
       At the reception counter, please present to the staff the 2D barcode on your phone or a printed Conference Ticket.
       The Conference Ticket can also be downloaded from My Page.

       *There is no Conference Ticket for "Exhibitor Seminar" and "Painting Seminar." Please come to the conference room directly.
       **You need to enter the exhibition halls before attending any session of the conference.

    ・・・Please re-issue your password on My Page and try logging in again.
                If you still cannot log in, please contact us Conference Management at [email protected].

A8. You can pay either with credit card or invoice.
       *Only credit card payment will be available after Fri, November 18.

       If you wish to pay through an invoice, please download your invoice on My Page and complete your payment.
       Please note that the invoice will NOT be mailed to your home.
       *Receipts will be enabled downloads on My Page after we receive your payment.

A9. You can obtain the presentation materials only of the sessions you attended. (The materials are planned to be distributed at all sessions.)
  
       -How to obtain the presentation materials-
       1. Log in to My Page after you go through the reception counter
       2. Go to "Download Presentation Materials" and proceed to downloading it
       *There might be sessions where the presentation materials are NOT distributed due to the speakers' requests.
       *All the materials are digitalized in an effort to go paperless. Hard copies are NOT available.

A10. The pre-registration will be closed once the session reaches the maximum capacity.
         All sessions with the "No vacant tables" sign are closed.
         We highly recommend that you pre-register for the sessions you'd like to attend as soon as you can.

A11.
Free sessions:
If you'd like to cancel or change sessions, please do so on My Page. The Conference Ticket is NOT available for a third party to attend the conference on your behalf.

Paid sessions:
You may NOT cancel or change sessions once pre-registration is completed. Also, there will be NO refund of tickets.
In case you cannot attend the conference, please find someone who can attend it on your behalf.
